Fees
The cost(s) of treatment will vary depending on the type of services provided.

In-Network:
At this time, we are an in-network provider with the following insurances:
Aetna
Blue Cross Blue Shield
UnitedHealthcare
Medicare

Out-Of-Network:
If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be able to receive some reimbursement for your sessions. When you call to schedule your first appointment, please notify me that you are interested in using out-of-network benefits.  I will gladly provide an invoice to your insurance company with the appropriate diagnostic information and services in order for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.

Private Pay:
We offer a private pay fee setting also.

Rates:
Initial diagnostic evaluation (first 2 sessions): $250
Individual therapy session follow-ups (45-50 min): $200
Psychoeducational/Neuropsychological Evaluation: rates will vary depending on type of testing and time needed to complete testing (range $1000-$3500)
