Alexandra Chaplik, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
[email protected]

Alexandra Chaplik, LCSW recently joined the practice, but brings a wealth of experience with over 20 years working with individuals and couples.  She brings warmth, compassion, and clarity to the therapy process, believing each person has the ability to build a meaningful and fulfilling life. At times, we just need support reconnecting with who we are and what matters most.
When we feel out of alignment with our values or sense of purpose, life can start to feel overwhelming or confusing. Together with clients, Alexandra looks at the patterns of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may no longer be serving you. Her style is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping you create meaningful, lasting change.
Alexandra uses evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Attachment Theory.  She is certified in EMDR and utilizes this as well as other trauma-informed treatments.  These approaches help us understand both what is happening in the present and how past experiences may be influencing current challenges. She also focuses on teaching practical skills to help you manage distress, regulate emotions, and respond to difficult situations in healthier ways.  Whether you are navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, or feeling stuck, I aim to provide a space where you feel understood, respected, and supported.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing tennis, reading, and playing the piano. These activities help me stay balanced and grounded.  She looks forward to supporting you as you work toward greater clarity, confidence, and connection in your life.
